Kaodim Guarantee: Office/Commercial Cleaning (Monthly 4 sessions, Monthly 8 sessions, Monthly 20 sessions)
The Kaodim Guarantee for office/commercial cleaning (monthly 4 sessions, monthly 8 sessions, monthly 20 sessions) is as follows: Kaodim will:
(a) Ensure that the same Service Professional re-performs the cleaning for specific areas identified by the Service User to the Service User’s satisfaction provided that request for re-performance is made 30 minutes before the end of the cleaning session (“Spot Re-clean”); or
(b) alternatively, if the Spot Re-clean is not to the Service User’s satisfaction, the Service User may have the Service Professional appoint and designate a new cleaner to complete the remaining sessions of the original Service Request.
The Kaodim Guarantee does not cover Services performed as a result of a variation, extension, repetition or recurrence of the original Service Request. The Kaodim Guarantee does not apply to any other cost, liability, damage, injury or claim arising from or in connection with the Service performed by the Service Professionals. For clarity, the Kaodim Guarantee only applies to Service fees or labour cost and does not apply to governmental taxes and any payments made for goods, items, materials and solely applies to payments made for the Service Professional to perform the Service.
Provision of this compensation is a discretionary and gratuitous gesture of goodwill on the part of Kaodim and does not in any way create any liability towards the performance of Services rendered by the Service Professional.
