Kaodim Guarantee is offered as an added value proposition. Kaodim Guarantee offers compensation for users that have ordered, booked and paid our service provider after the completion of service, however, is dissatisfied with the service received.
In this event, Kaodim Guarantee offers the customer:
If the customer is agreeable, Kaodim will arrange the applicable service to be re-performed by the same service provider or a different service provider at zero cost. In the event of customer remain dissatisfied with the re-service provided, Kaodim will then provide up to 100% reimbursement of the amount paid by the customer for the service; or
(ii) Money-back guarantee
Kaodim will have the applicable service re-performed by the same Service Professional. If the Service User elects to have the service re-performed and the Service User is still not satisfied with the service after it has been re-performed, Kaodim will provide the Reimbursement to the Service User by bank transfer to the bank account details as provided by the Service User.
In order to be eligible for the Kaodim Guarantee, the Service User must submit the Kaodim Guarantee Claim Form within seven days (7) days of the date the Service request was submitted
In order to be eligible for the Kaodim Guarantee, the Service User to abide by the terms and conditions below:
(a) Service User has ordered, clicked on “Book” in the Kaodim App/ Website, and paid a Service Professional for a Kaodim's Services; and
(b) the Service has already been performed by the Service Professional; and
(c) the Service User is not satisfied with the performance of the Service; and
(d) the Service User must have submitted a review via Kaodim Website;
- within thirty-one (31) days of the date the service request was submitted; and
- within twenty-four (24) hours from the date of the service where the customer had an unsatisfactory experience.
The amount of the Kaodim Guarantee only covers any payment the Service User made to the Service Professional within the scope and timeframe of the original base price for the Service Request submitted on Kaodim. It does not cover Services performed as a result of a variation, extension, repetition or recurrence of the original Service request. It does not cover additional services and items requested in the Service Request submitted beyond what is provided in the base price.
The Kaodim Guarantee does not apply to any other cost, liability, damage, injury or claim of any kind arising from or in connection with the Service performed by the Service Professionals. For clarity, the Kaodim Guarantee only applies to Service fees or labor cost and does not apply to government taxes and any payments made for goods, items, materials and solely applies to payments made for the Service Professional to perform the Service.
Provision of this compensation is a discretionary and gratuitous gesture of goodwill on the part of Kaodim and does not in any way create any liability towards the performance of Services rendered by the Service Professional.
Kaodim reserves its right to reject a Kaodim Guarantee Claim Form if multiple claims are made in an abusive or disportionate manner.
