What is included in UltraCare Disinfection Cleaning Services.

This service includes job scope as stated below. Additional tasks (listed under “Optional add-on services”) can be added on when submitting a request, or if not on the list, to be communicated to Kaodim Vendor prior to cleaning appointment.

Package includes cleaning supplies and materials

JOB SCOPE:

BEDROOM & LIVING ROOM

• Vacuum & Steam mop floors
• Wipe all furniture, table tops and other fittings
• Wipe inside of wardrobe (if empty)
• Clean & Polish all mirror

KITCHEN

• Steam mop of floor area
• Surface Wiping
• Wash & Disinfect basin
• Grease Removal of kitchen hob & hood
• Clean exterior of over, stove and refrigerator

BATHROOM

• Clean & Disinfect bathtub, toilet bowls, sinks & other fittings
• Washing of toilet floor
• Stain Removal (if any/possible)
• Clean & polish all mirrors

BALCONY (If Any)

• Vacuum & mop floor
• Dust & Clean Furniture (if any)

Others

• Clean all window (interior/exterior where possible) and grills. 
• Wipe and clean all ceiling lights. 

Disinfection

• Uses proprietary Germclean solution with specialized electrostatic machine to cover all hard to reach places. 
• Ensure your entire home is free from bacteria & viruses for 30 days without additional infection
• Currentyly used in preschools all over Singapore as Hand Food Mouth Disease prevention service.
